Build and deploy AI tools for enterprise customers in retail, home services, and maritime. You’ll work across the full stack, shipping production features on a 3-to-4 week deployment loop. You’ll use AI tools daily. Everyone here does.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-integrated applications
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, vector databases, and agent architectures
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Track record of shipping production software at enterprise scale
Software Engineer

- 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience (or strong project portfolio)

Design and optimize the data layer that powers SwordPoint’s applied AI systems. You’ll work on database architectures, vector stores, and data pipelines that process 1.5M+ leads/year and connect to the proprietary integration layer behind our enterprise deployments.
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or infrastructure roles
- Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases at scale
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or similar)
- Familiarity with RAG architectures and embedding pipelines
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time data streaming
- Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
AI Product Manager

Own the product roadmap for applied AI tools deployed to enterprise customers. You’ll work directly with customers, engineers, and domain experts to decide what gets built, tested internally, and shipped. SwordPoint deploys fast — you’ll see your decisions in production within weeks, not quarters.
- 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of applied AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, automation)
- Experience running customer discovery and turning insights into shipping priorities

Go-To-Market Lead — Enterprise AI

Own the GTM motion for SwordPoint’s AI tools and enterprise partnerships. From positioning to pipeline to close. You understand how to sell applied AI into enterprise accounts — and you know the difference between selling a chatbot wrapper and selling deep integration-layer capability.
- 5+ years in GTM, business development, or enterprise sales within B2B SaaS or AI
- Proven track record building pipeline and closing enterprise accounts
- Understanding of the enterprise AI buyer journey and competitive environment
- Experience creating sales collateral, battle cards, and competitive positioning
- Cross-functional comfort with product, engineering, and customer teams

- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, martech, or home services tech
- Track record of hitting quota and running a full-cycle sales motion
- Comfort selling into dealer programs, OEMs, retailers, or contractor networks
